Resistencia a la opresión /Resistance to the oppression

Rebeldes llaman a los ciudadanos libios que se levantaron en armas contra el régimen autoritario de Gadafi, insurgentes llaman a los que luchan contra la opresión Norteamericana en Irak y subversivos llamaban a los argentinos que tenían un pensamiento de progreso y justicia durante la dictadura militar. El ser humano necesita clasificar para poder entender, pero muchas veces el diccionario de sus definiciones esta impuesto por una prensa demasiado tendenciosa que lo que pretende es mostrar quienes son los  buenos y malos de la partida, pero que la mayoría de las veces no tiene en cuenta los daños colaterales, las muertes, torturas y desapariciones, de una realidad que se prefiere tapar.  Los rótulos ideológicos que pone a las cosas aparte de confundir no sirven para encontrar soluciones al problema. La opresión es un sometimiento que se ejerce contra un individuo o conjunto de personas privándolos de sus derechos inherentes. La resistencia a la opresión es un derecho del pueblo frente a tiranías o gobiernos oligárquicos justificados en leyes injustas e ilegítimas, los que someten a la población con tal de tener el poder. Estas leyes obedecidas por temor o costumbre no pueden llamarse derecho, pues si no contienen principios de justicia y humanidad son vacías de contenido,  obedecerlas sería abandonar la dignidad y cargar el yugo de la esclavitud.  La Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos de 1948 enfatiza el derecho de resistencia a la opresión en su preámbulo. Su artículo 28 instituye el derecho de toda persona a que se imponga un orden social internacional justo donde se efectivicen sus derechos y libertades. Ya la Biblia en proverbios 22, 8 dice: “Quien siembra injusticia cosecha desdicha, y los instrumentos de su furor se volverán contra el.” El artículo 2 de la Declaración de los derechos del hombre y del ciudadano, de la revolución francesa, señala: “La finalidad de toda asociación política es la conservación de los derechos naturales e imprescindibles del hombre. Estos derechos son la libertad, la propiedad, la seguridad y la resistencia a la opresión. La irracionalidad solo puede ser vencida con razón, la democracia es un intento de controlar el abuso del poder a través de la razón,  por medio de instituciones y órganos que permiten un control sobre las pasiones o delirios de los seres humanos, por eso los países donde todavía no se vive en democracia, reina un estado de naturaleza en el que se impone el orden del más fuerte quien decide quien tiene derechos y quién no.

These laws obeyed by dread or custom cannot be called a right, so if they do not contain beginning of justice and humanity they are empty of content, to obey them it would be to leave the dignity and to load the yoke of the slavery. The irrationality only can be conquered deservedly, the democracy is an attempt of controlling the abuse of the power across the reason, by means of institutions and organs that allow a control on the passions or deliriums of the human beings, because of it the countries where still one does not live in democracy, reigns a condition of nature in the one that imposes on himself the order of the strongest who decides the one who has right and whom not.
