Esperar ya se ha vuelto una costumbre en nuestro cotidiano vivir, para hacer trámites hay que esperar ¿Cómo se solucionaría esto? Con mejor y más tecnología; con mejor y más personal. El economista norteamericano Keynes afirmaba que la oferta no crea su propia demanda, que la demanda efectiva depende del ingreso de los individuos. Si este ingreso es bajo, la capacidad adquisitiva de los individuos es mínima y se genera un proceso de sobreproducción. Las industrias no utilizan toda su capacidad, al notar que los artículos que producen no se venden, propiciando un bajo crecimiento y el anuncio de una posible crisis, caracterizada por el desempleo masivo. Keynes afirmaba que la intervención del Estado y la planeación central son necesarias para contrarrestar las fallas que el mercado generalmente tiene. Esto es posible a través de la política fiscal; aumentando los impuestos y el gasto público, para invertirlo en grandes obras, que generen empleo y eleven el ingreso de los trabajadores, lo cual aumenta la demanda efectiva y expande la economía. Por eso cuando los bancos, que tienen por misión inyectar la economía, recortan personal para aumentar sus beneficios, y prestan un servicio deficiente, haciendo esperar a la gente en grandes colas, está dando una pésima imagen de país, generando poco empleo y entorpeciendo la dinámica del trabajo, ya que el tiempo es dinero, los trámites deberían ser expeditos. Por eso en esta Argentina que progresa,  esperemos que sus ciudadanos no tengan que perder tiempo en grandes colas de gente, ya sea en al banco, en rentas, en las municipalidades, en los registros, en la justicia, etc.  Puesto que esto es una muestra de nuestro atraso e necedad. La economía depende de un factor muy importante, el psicológico, cuando la gente se siente bien, invierte más y cuando esto pasa la economía avanza derramando en los que menos tienen, pero para esto hay que generar las condiciones.
